NIGHT BIRDS / 1ST FIVE CONTEST
So our good buddy Patrick over at www.the1stfive.com really wanted to help us spread the word about the NIGHT BIRDS "Fresh Kills" CD and proposed a little contest. Make no mistake, things are usually ultra serious biz over here at GMHQ, although sometimes we DO like to have a little bit of fun. His original idea was to simply ask people to "like" both of our facebook pages to be able to enter a contest for a free copy of the CD and each 7". We thought that was a little bit too easy, and decided that the contest needed to be a little bit harder .... literally.
One of the members of NIGHT BIRDS who will remain nameless (it was Brian) came up with the excellent (and mildly sensual) idea of a drawing contest ... a nude drawing contest. All one had to do was sketch up a little (or big, based on either first hand knowledge or speculation) doodle of the NIGHT BIRDS men nood in order to enter said contest. After all, it sort of falls right in line with the very sexual interview NIGHT BIRDS did for The1stfive last month, which you can read here:
